For efficient and transparent administration, the Board of Suburban West Africa has appointed standing committees to look into core areas.

The Board has sole responsibility for the appointment of directors to committees and rotates directors on and off various committees taking into account the needs of the committees and the experience of the individual directors.

The Suburban board has established the following committees

• Audit and Risk Management Committee
• Board Governance Committee
• Executive Committee
• Subsidiary Boards Committee
